My Take on Love Has Won:
I find cult documentaries very interesting as is clear by how many reviews I write about them. You would think that at this point nothing can leave me speechless.
The Love Has Won cult left me speechless.
The documentary starts with a corpse. A blue corpse. No, it is not a dead Smurf.
The cult is lead by Amy Carlson, aka “Mother God.” Her cult stands for… well she believes… Ok, so she thinks she is the 534th Mother God. Her previous incarnations included Marilyn Monroe, Elvis, and Joan of Arc. Oh, and Harriet Tubman. Also, Robin Williams is in this way more than you would ever expect. No, not literally. Spiritually. According to the cult.
Yes, I sound just as crazy as them, but you try watching this thing and explaining it to someone else.
